💼 About This Role

You'll act as the point of contact for clients during DISCO Managed Review projects, managing teams of reviewers to ensure speed and accuracy. You'll leverage DISCO AI to optimize document review workflows and drive exceptional outcomes for clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage multiple fast-moving managed review projects simultaneously
• Design and optimize review workflows including QC processes
• Train and mentor junior team members and reviewers
• Create standard documentation: review protocols, status reports, training guides

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor with active law license in good standing
• 4+ years of document review management experience
• Strong understanding of AI capabilities and applications
• Skilled in at least one industry-leading review platform like DISCO, Relativity, Everlaw

• Experience with eDiscovery or alternative legal services provider
• Adaptability to work across multiple time zones
