• Drive project roadmap completion and resolve blockers.
• Manage and mentor Producers and Associate Producers.
• Collaborate with directors to align scope and timelines.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ AA+/AAA titles shipped in Producer role including gold.
• Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodology expertise.
• Jira and Confluence proficiency.
• English fluency and leadership in remote teams.
