Description

You will be the face of Carvana at our Auburn, WA facility, ensuring the safety of associates, customers, and assets. You'll manage vehicle movement, conduct patrols, and handle security protocols while promoting a service-first approach.

Requirements

• 1-2 years customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle conflict positively
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Manage and document car movement at entrance and exit gates
• Conduct routine patrols of facility yard and buildings
• Provide first aid, CPR, and AED as needed
• Create badges, review CCTV, and address security requests
• Execute Safe and Secure Principles and use RFID technology
