💼 About This Role

You'll join a small team building an AI operating system for enterprises, connecting strategic planning to daily execution via multi-agent architecture. Your work will directly impact how thousands of organizations operate autonomously in real time. You'll own features end-to-end, from customer discovery to shipping production code daily.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build multi-agent AI architectures for enterprise workflows
• Ship production code daily across full stack, from backend to user interface
• Join customer calls and iterate based on direct feedback
• Own features end-to-end from problem discovery to measurable impact

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building production software
• 1+ year hands-on experience shipping LLMs or agentic systems
• Proficiency in Python and React/Next.js
• Experience shipping agentic systems to production

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or equivalent
• Contributed to open source AI projects
• Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco Bay Area
