Description

You will manage corporate governance and securities processes for Lyft's legal team, working closely with in-house counsel on domestic and international subsidiaries, SEC filings, board matters, and strategic transactions. Your role will involve coordinating with internal teams and external parties, refining processes, and supporting the company's growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years relevant legal experience in corporate governance and securities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Google Apps and Microsoft Suite
• Self-starter with ability to manage projects independently

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international corporate subsidiaries, including registrations, governance policies, and compliance
• Assist with SEC filings and board/committee meeting preparation
• Coordinate corporate governance and securities filings
• Support M&A and strategic transactions with due diligence and document management
• Partner with stock administration on equity plan management
