You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and development at a pop culture driven retail store. You'll create customer engagement through new products and social media. This role combines leadership with operational excellence.

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team
• Create buzz through promotion of new products and social media
• Manage shrink, payroll, and associate schedules

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
