You'll act as the product lead inside strategic customer accounts, helping them adopt and expand OpenAI products. You'll identify opportunities for deeper deployment and new integrations, building trusted relationships with technical stakeholders and executives. This role combines product judgment, technical depth, and customer-facing execution at a leading AI company.

📋 Requirements

• Ability to present product strategy to senior customer audiences

• Background as technical founder, product founder, or technical PM
• Experience with enterprise deployment and GTM collaboration
• Builder-minded and willingness to get hands-on when needed
