💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end user transition from verification to active trading on Crypto.com Exchange, spanning KYC, deposits, first trade, and rewards. Your impact directly drives trading volume, retention, and revenue. This role offers high ownership across five deeply connected areas with cross-functional stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute the KYC verification platform roadmap
• Manage multi-vendor IDV routing and fraud mitigation
• Own the deposit and withdrawal experience across fiat and crypto
• Optimize the activation ladder from first deposit to first trade

📋 Requirements

• 6–8+ years of Product Management experience
• Proven experience at a high-growth tech company like crypto exchange, fintech, or neo-bank
• Technical fluency in payment gateways, ledger systems, and API integration
• Deep understanding of global KYC and AML standards

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with IDV platforms or KYC/AML product design
• SQL fluency and proficiency with Mixpanel or Amplitude
• Demonstrable use of AI tools like Cursor or Claude Code
