Description

In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize Oracle Fusion HCM solutions focusing on Time and Labor and Absence modules. You'll lead configuration, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide expert guidance to transform how organizations manage their workforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
• Proficient in Oracle HCM Cloud core modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll)
• Strong understanding of HCM processes and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map business requirements to Oracle HCM functionalities
• Lead configuration, customization, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design end-to-end HCM solutions
• Provide expert guidance on Oracle HCM best practices
• Develop and deliver training sessions for users and administrators
