You'll design and execute manual tests for Web, Desktop, and native mobile applications at Kaseya, a leading provider of AI-powered IT management software. Your work will ensure product quality across platforms and drive continuous improvement in QA processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain test cases for Web, Desktop (Win, Mac, Linux), and mobile (iOS, Android).
• Perform functional, regression, exploratory, cross-platform, and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to validate testing requirements.
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and provide clear defect documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and software testing principles.
• Hands-on experience with manual, exploratory, regression, and cross-platform testing.
• Experience testing REST and SOAP APIs using tools like Postman and Swagger.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in test automation with Selenium, Appium, or Playwright.
• Basic knowledge of Java or Kotlin.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
