💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end contracting for professional services engagements, drafting and negotiating complex SOWs to define scope, deliverables, and terms. You'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to mitigate risk and enable timely delivery. This role offers the chance to build scalable contracting mechanisms that improve consistency across the portfolio.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead drafting and negotiation of SOWs and change orders for complex engagements.
• Define measurable success criteria and track performance against milestones.
• Apply contracting guardrails and identify legal, procurement, and financial risks.
• Develop and maintain templates, clause guidance, and negotiation playbooks.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in contract management, professional services, or consulting.
• Proven ability to drive outcomes through cross-functional influence in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
• In-depth understanding of software and Professional Services delivery models.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and decision-making skills.
