Description

You will be the first point of contact for IT issues at a client site in the education sector, providing support via phone, email, and chat. Your role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems, documenting issues in a ticketing system, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.

Requirements

  • Must be a NZ Citizen or hold permanent residency
  • Must have a NZ Driver's License (Full or Restricted)
  • Practical knowledge of Windows 11, Windows Server 2022, Azure Active Directory
  • Experience with firewalls (FortiGate), switching (Ruckus, HP, Allied Telesis), wireless (Ruckus, Aruba/HP, Aerohive)
  • Experience with printers/copiers

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Document and track client issues using a ticketing system
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams and follow up until resolution
  • Complete daily timesheets with attention to detail
