💼 About This Role

You'll own the full sales cycle for Basis's largest strategic accounts, coordinating with customer success, solutions teams, and external partners. You'll navigate complex multi-stakeholder opportunities with long sales cycles and build executive-level relationships to close high-value partnerships. As we scale, you'll help define our enterprise sales motion and mentor future sellers.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own full sales cycle for strategic enterprise accounts
  • Coordinate with customer success, solutions, and partners
  • Develop strategic account plans to hit quota goals
  • Build executive relationships to close high-value partnerships
  • Codify enterprise sales playbooks and best practices

📋 Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of quota-carrying B2B software sales experience
  • 2-3 years closing enterprise deals with six-figure+ ACV
  • Experience navigating complex org charts and C-suite buying committees
  • Comfort with 6-12+ month sales cycles and formal procurement reviews

✨ Nice to Have

  • Finance experience in Big Four, FP&A, investment banking, or VC
  • Sold accounting/finance software into the office of the CFO
  • Startup experience at high-growth companies during scale phases
