🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to develop talent strategies
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and language roles
• Source active and passive candidates using modern tools
• Ensure a top-notch candidate experience from first touch to offer

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of full-cycle recruitment in Vilnius tech market
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English
• Experience with ATS (Lever) and process rigor
• Ability to act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience partnering with global hiring managers
• Knowledge of SaaS or eCommerce industries
• Interest in recruitment marketing and employer branding
