Description

As an HVAC Install Technician at Josko LLC, you'll install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in multi-family residential properties. You'll diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure optimal performance while collaborating with property managers and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years HVAC service technician experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and installation
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• EPA certification for handling refrigerants preferred

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in multi-family properties
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
• Repair or replace components like compressors, motors, thermostats, coils
• Provide excellent customer service to residents
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and inventory
