Description

As a Marketing Operations Specialist on the Church Ministry Alliance (CMA) team at Alliance Defending Freedom, you will execute email and social media campaigns, customize marketing materials, and manage website content. You will also oversee the members-only online community, monitor engagement, and provide weekly communication updates, collaborating with ADF Communications to amplify messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years experience in marketing, communications, or digital engagement
• Experience with email marketing, social media management, and digital marketing strategies
• Proficiency with marketing tools (Active Campaign, Canva, Glue Up, or comparable systems)
• Strong writing skills for drafting emails, blog posts, and member spotlights

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy email campaigns in Active Campaign, develop automated journeys, track performance, and optimize engagement
• Plan, schedule, and publish social media content; monitor analytics and trends to guide strategy
• Customize Canva design templates (PowerPoints, ads, sales resources) and coordinate print orders
• Maintain and update public and members-only website content (blog posts, resource pages, statistics, case references)
• Oversee Glue Up community: create groups, moderate content, respond to member inquiries, and route issues as needed
