As a Benefits and Leave Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for employees, guiding them through benefits, leave of absence, and accommodation processes with empathy and clarity. You'll ensure compliance with regulations, streamline workflows, and contribute to a world-class employee experience.
Requirements
- 3-8 years in benefits administration or related HR operations
- Prior experience administering reasonable accommodations
- Strong understanding of US benefit plans, HR policies, and compliance standards
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in HRIS platforms and Google Workspace
Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact, turning complex insurance jargon into clear guidance
- Administer health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and supplementary benefits
- Manage enrollments, life events, and terminations with precision
- Support Annual Open Enrollment design and communications
- Administer leave of absence and reasonable accommodations processes
