You will lead end-to-end AI projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in AI/ML and data science fundamentals
• Experience with the full lifecycle of AI projects
• Proven ability to deliver production-ready AI solutions
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Develop AI/ML/DS systems to address defense problems
• Lead end-to-end execution of AI projects and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
• Collaborate with AI research, data engineering, and software development teams
• Drive development of scalable AI-based platforms for defense customers
• Create agentic AI systems using AI orchestrators and reasoning capabilities
