Description

As a Workday Talent Performance Senior Consultant at Intecrowd, you will lead the deployment of Workday HCM solutions with a focus on Talent and Performance, ensuring successful client outcomes through configuration, testing, and knowledge transfer. This remote role offers the opportunity to mentor other consultants and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Current Workday Partner HCM Certification plus Talent and Performance certification
• 2-4+ years of Workday configuration and implementation experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in Workday HCM suite (Core, Talent, Performance)
• Lead deployment teams to gather requirements, design, configure, and test Workday solutions
• Mentor new consultants and coach on product knowledge
• Resolve complex tasks and support team members
• Facilitate client adoption of Workday best practices
