💼 About This Role

You'll join a small, high-output engineering team building AI-driven banking solutions for millions of users. Your work will directly impact real-time conversational AI and financial well-being on a production platform. You'll own features end-to-end and see your code deployed to real customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and ship APIs, services, and integrations for conversational AI
• Own work from first commit to production including deployment and monitoring
• Build backend services in TypeScript and Python, contribute to frontend in JavaScript
• Integrate and extend AI-driven workflows using LLM APIs

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience with production systems
• Strong command of TypeScript and/or Python, with JavaScript for frontend
• Experience with APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD
• AI-fluent — understanding of LLMs and building around them

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in conversational AI, NLP, or agentic systems
• Domain knowledge in fintech, banking, or financial services
• Prior startup experience, especially in a 10–50 person company
