💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's Fleet Maintenance team to keep our Class 8 fleet safe and reliable. Core impact: perform diagnostics, routine maintenance, and repairs. No major overhauls — all work is on day cabs and trailers under manufacturer warranty.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on Class 8 fleet
• Troubleshoot electrical, engine, and transmission problems
• Repair aftertreatment systems and perform regens
• Maintain accurate records and optimize vehicle performance

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years heavy-duty Class 8 truck experience
• Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for diesel systems
• Proficiency with diagnostic software and laptop usage
• Valid driver's license with clean record

✨ Nice to Have

• MIG welding experience
• T-series ASE certifications
