💼 About This Role

You'll be cross-trained to support the full cannabis plant life cycle from clone to harvest. Your core impact is maintaining premium quality standards and helping shape the future of cannabis at a leading global provider.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform daily plant care including cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, staking, and pruning.
• Monitor humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions.
• Inspect plants for leaf health, bloom size, pests, or disease and remove substandard plants.
• Assist with harvest by cutting, trimming, weighing, and recording inventory in electronic tracking system.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Green thumb and hands-on plant care experience (gardening counts).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with sharp attention to detail.
• Solid math and measurement skills; ability to operate a scale.

• Knowledge of growing technologies such as lighting, irrigation, soil, and nutrients.
• Experience in landscaping, horticulture, or agriculture.
• Understanding of different cannabis strains and their unique growing needs.
