Description

You will manage a diverse patient panel, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits in-office or via telehealth. You'll collaborate with your team and have opportunities for continuous learning and in-office procedures. This role is central to transforming primary care delivery.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
• Practiced at least 2 of last 5 years in outpatient primary care
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
• Licensed in California
• Passion for human-centered primary care

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office or via telehealth
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues
