💼 About This Role

You'll own mobile-side investigation and resolution for customer-reported issues in our warehouse intelligence platform, working across mobile apps, backend services, and infrastructure. You will become a deep expert on MHEV system behavior and drive reliability improvements. This role offers broad exposure across mobile, backend, and operations rather than a narrow feature track.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own mobile-side investigation for customer-reported issues
• Support live MHEV production systems with rapid issue resolution
• Improve debugging tools, logs, and runbooks to reduce resolution time
• Support legacy app maintenance and transition to current-generation apps

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in mobile development (iOS or Android)
• Experience with debugging tools and log analysis
• Ability to trace issues across mobile and backend services
• Experience with production system support and issue resolution

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Flutter or cross-platform frameworks
• Knowledge of warehouse or logistics systems
• Experience with backend systems (Python, Go, etc.)
