💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Distribution Center Operations and Customer Experience teams to build durable data infrastructure that powers operational performance. You'll design and maintain backend data models for workforce productivity and fulfillment quality. This senior role focuses on production-grade data modeling rather than traditional analytics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and own core operational data models in the enterprise data warehouse.
• Design scalable transformation logic using dbt and SQL for operational metrics.
• Partner with operational leaders to translate workflows into measurable data assets.
• Ensure data pipelines are tested, documented, and production-grade.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or advanced operational analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and modern cloud data warehouses.
• Hands-on experience building transformation layers with dbt or similar ELT tools.
• Experience with operational, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain datasets.

• Experience with SQL and Python or R working in large analytical datasets.
• Experience modeling workforce productivity or capacity planning.
