  • Understand customer technical needs and present tailored solutions using Zapier Enterprise Automation.
  • Drive revenue through value-driven proof-of-concepts, demos, and solution discussions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success on integration architectures.
  • Advocate for customers and influence product roadmap for enterprise needs.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical pre-sales at B2B SaaS companies or customer-facing technical consulting.
  • Technical acumen with experience implementing technical projects and advising on architectural best practices.
  • Consultative approach to understand customer needs and provide innovative solutions.
  • Relationship building with senior-level stakeholders, both business and technical.
