💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end engineering execution for a core product domain at Sully.ai, a company building AI agents for clinical documentation. Your work will directly improve latency and reliability of AI inference workflows deployed in 270+ clinics. This role offers the chance to shape engineering culture from Seed to Series A+.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own architecture, roadmap, and delivery for your product domain
• Drive 50%+ latency reductions in AI inference workflows
• Build observability and alerting systems for production AI
• Establish engineering quality bar and execution cadence

📋 Requirements

• 10+ direct reports and experience growing engineering orgs
• Built production AI/ML systems including agentic pipelines
• Experience scaling engineering from Seed to Series A+
• Still writes code regularly and is hands-on

• Background in healthcare or clinical AI
• Experience with voice/speech AI systems
• Domain expertise in PHI compliance and low-latency systems
