Description

As an LNA, you will provide hospice visits to clients in Wyndham County VT and Cheshire and Sullivan counties in NH. You'll be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team, assisting with activities of daily living and home management tasks to help clients remain at home.

Requirements

• At least one year of work experience as an LNA
• Listed on the VT/NH Aide Registry, active and in good standing
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
• Must have access to reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care)
• Perform light housekeeping and home management tasks (laundry, meal prep, bed making)
• Assist with ambulation and transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices
• Conduct range of motion exercises and vital sign checks
• Provide medication assistance and oral feeding support
