You'll support mission-critical construction projects at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure technical scope, schedule, and budget compliance. Your impact includes leading subcontractor coordination and managing project controls for a highly technical aerospace environment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to national security and space launch operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage job controls for compliance with technical requirements and budget.
• Provide technical support in construction planning and quality control.
• Prepare daily logs, submittals, and inspection documentation.
• Monitor subcontractor progress and respond to RFIs.

📋 Requirements

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Must have construction industry experience.
• Must be able to obtain badging on a military installation.
• Experience with Quality is required.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Procore or similar management software.
• TAKT planning experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
