You'll join Deel's R&D team to build AI-powered features for the global payroll and HR platform. You'll use tools like Claude to accelerate backend development while maintaining high quality and reliability. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with PMs, frontend engineers, designers, and QA to define features.
• Use AI coding tools like Claude to accelerate feature development.
• Build and ship AI products, workflows, and agents.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and iterate features end-to-end.

📋 Requirements

• At least 3 years of backend/software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in NodeJS or Python.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, especially PostgreSQL.
• Experience shipping real products using Claude or similar AI tools.

• Experience with ORM libraries like Sequelize or TypeORM.
• Familiarity with infrastructure and deployment tools.
• Experience working in distributed remote teams.
