You'll support the Talent Buyer in booking events and shows, drafting offers based on projected ticket sales. You'll coordinate artist and venue availability, assist with show settlement, and handle administrative tasks. This role offers exposure to the live entertainment industry at a global leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft offers for artists and venues based on projected ticket sales.
• Reach out to venues to place calendar holds and coordinate with artist availability.
• Advance shows on the day of event, ensuring artist and vendors arrive on schedule.
• Compile invoices, scan documents, and issue payments for show settlement.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (BA/BS preferred)
• 0-2 years of related work experience
• Computer savvy with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required

• Experience in Photoshop
• Knowledge of the music industry
• Degree in Journalism or Communication
