💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the de facto Head of Engineering for the Media & Entertainment vertical, partnering with CTOs and CIOs to turn their organizations into AI-Native Tech Platforms. You'll own the end-to-end technical strategy for lighthouse deals, bridging cutting-edge AI infrastructure with real-world business goals. This role offers genuine influence over product direction and platform strategy at a fast-growing AI cloud infrastructure company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end technical strategy for lighthouse deals
• Translate infrastructure decisions into business impact for executives
• Uncover technical truth behind vague business goals
• Identify and technically validate ISV relationships
• Chair quarterly M&E Product Summit with engineering leadership

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or distributed systems
• Executive presence to command a room of engineers and C-Suite
• Production-grade expertise in GPU architectures, Kubernetes, parallel file systems, networking
• Inference optimization expertise in batch sizes, quantization, KV caching, latency tradeoffs

✨ Nice to Have

• Industry fluency in Gaming, Multimodal Generative Models, AdTech, or VFX
• Product-minded leadership with platform strategy experience
• Ability to distinguish between bare-metal vs. managed endpoint needs
