You'll join a structured training program to learn outside sales and build customer relationships. You'll work alongside experienced Account Managers on joint sales calls. This role offers ongoing mentorship and a clear path to full-time Account Manager.

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree or technical training + 2 years experience OR bachelor's degree
• Internship or co-op in sales/distribution/manufacturing preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Willingness to relocate to Addison, IL for 12 months training
