💼 About This Role

You'll join KKR's Gurugram office as an Accounts Payable Associate, supporting the firm's global finance operations. You'll ensure accurate invoice processing, resolve queries, and drive process improvements within a multinational financial services environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process and review invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Track invoice status and follow up for timely progression.
• Resolve invoice-related queries with stakeholders.
• Support month-end activities to meet timelines.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience with ERP accounting system (SAP HANA) preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in multinational Financial Services/Private Equity.
• Experience with Concur Expense/Invoice, Coupa, PeopleSoft.
• Proficiency in data analytics and report development.
