Description

You will support the touring department by handling administrative tasks, managing venue holds, and assisting with tour logistics for AEG's live entertainment events.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (BA/BS preferred)
• 0-2 years of related work experience
• Previous administrative experience with client relationship skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, route messages, and manage correspondence
• Obtain show avails and venue holds, develop hold logs
• Create venue scaling maps for each tour
• Maintain internal booking database and assist with building tours
• Report box office information to Pollstar, Billboard, etc.
