💼 About This Role

You'll lead a new logo sales team focused on pipeline generation and funnel conversion. You'll coach reps in real moments, inspect funnels with rigor, and build a culture of accountability. This role offers the chance to shape go-to-market execution at a fast-growing CRE tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead Account Executive team to achieve quota and pipeline targets
  • Run weekly funnel inspections to identify performance gaps
  • Conduct structured 1:1s focusing on skill development and deal strategy
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years as a quota-carrying B2B SaaS seller
  • 3+ years leading Account Executives in a new logo environment
  • Experience managing forecast rigor and pipeline health in Salesforce
  • Proven track record improving funnel conversion and driving new logo growth

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with outbound pipeline generation (25%+ sales-generated)
  • Background in CRE or real estate technology
