You'll lead a new logo sales team focused on pipeline generation and funnel conversion. You'll coach reps in real moments, inspect funnels with rigor, and build a culture of accountability. This role offers the chance to shape go-to-market execution at a fast-growing CRE tech company.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead Account Executive team to achieve quota and pipeline targets
- Run weekly funnel inspections to identify performance gaps
- Conduct structured 1:1s focusing on skill development and deal strategy
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years as a quota-carrying B2B SaaS seller
- 3+ years leading Account Executives in a new logo environment
- Experience managing forecast rigor and pipeline health in Salesforce
- Proven track record improving funnel conversion and driving new logo growth
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with outbound pipeline generation (25%+ sales-generated)
- Background in CRE or real estate technology
