You'll fuel Samsara's UK Mid-Market team by self-sourcing top 1% sales talent across EMEA. Own your pipeline end-to-end using advanced tools, conduct deep-dive sales assessments, and partner with GTM leaders to shape hiring strategy in a high-growth, stable environment.
Requirements
- Started career in a fast-paced recruiting agency
- 2-4 years in-house SaaS sales recruiting experience in a high-talent bar GTM organization
- Successfully closed reqs in UK and at least one other European market
- Technical acumen: understand difference between order-taker and territory owner
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, targeted pipelines across UK, France, Germany, and Netherlands
- Own funnel metrics including response rates, passthrough rates, and talent market mapping
- Partner with GTM leaders to align on hiring strategies
- Conduct deep-dive sales assessments evaluating discovery mechanics and structured methodology
