You'll provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities, building trust and continuity over time. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct daily rounding at skilled nursing facilities
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
• Address acute and emergent issues as they arise
• Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. license and board certification as NP (ANCC/AANP) or PA (NCCPA)
• Qualified specialty in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
