You'll act as a trusted technical partner for priority customers, combining deep technical knowledge with proactive account engagement. You'll drive case progression and prioritization, ensuring all teams understand the customer's context. This role uniquely blends technical problem-solving with building high-trust relationships.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Act as primary contact for service delivery to assigned customers.
- Collaborate with support and account teams to manage cases and escalations.
- Analyze production environments and propose performance optimizations.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide system health improvement recommendations.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in technical support, customer success, or similar customer-facing role.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of RDBMS fundamentals (SQL, data types, execution plans).
- Experience troubleshooting database connectivity and cloud data migration.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Terraform, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
- Scripting/ coding experience in .NET, JavaScript, R, or Go.
- Experience with data integration/analysis tools (e.g., AWS Glue, Matillion, Tableau).
