💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale the sales engine for the largest Transportation Management System (TMS) following a merger of two industry leaders. You'll drive revenue growth, execute go-to-market strategy, and lead a newly unified organization to market leadership. This role offers a rare chance to shape a category-defining platform from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for predictable revenue growth.
  • Lead as player-coach on complex enterprise deals and support SEs.
  • Build and scale the sales organization including SEs, SDRs, and operations.
  • Define and enforce sales process discipline and CRM hygiene.

📋 Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • 10+ years in senior sales leadership with multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
  • 5+ years selling Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or logistics tech.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling sales organizations.
