🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and improve talent acquisition reporting and analytics.
• Build executive-level dashboards for workforce planning.
• Analyze competitor hiring trends and talent availability.
• Design and maintain interactive BI dashboards.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in Talent Intelligence or TA analytics.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Talent Insights or similar.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction.
• Strong experience with Power BI or Tableau.
