๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the technical success of a reseller and partner portfolio, working across internal teams and financial institution customers. Your core impact is keeping partner-led work clear, scoped, and technically healthy. This role offers a chance to build reusable enablement materials and drive durable improvements.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own technical operating rhythm for a portfolio of reseller and partnership accounts.
- Coordinate across partner teams, FI customers, and Atomic internal teams.
- Consult with partners on implementation patterns and best practices.
- Build reusable partner-facing and FI-facing enablement materials.
๐ Requirements
- Technical account management or similar customer-facing technical role experience.
- Strong project and stakeholder management across multiple accounts.
- Comfortable discussing APIs, webhooks, authentication, and integration workflows.
- Excellent written communication for partner updates and escalation notes.
โจ Nice to Have
- Reseller, platform, or channel partner portfolio experience.
- Fintech or financial institution experience.
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON, webhooks, Postman, SQL or observability tools.
