You'll own the technical success of a reseller and partner portfolio, working across internal teams and financial institution customers. Your core impact is keeping partner-led work clear, scoped, and technically healthy. This role offers a chance to build reusable enablement materials and drive durable improvements.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own technical operating rhythm for a portfolio of reseller and partnership accounts.
  • Coordinate across partner teams, FI customers, and Atomic internal teams.
  • Consult with partners on implementation patterns and best practices.
  • Build reusable partner-facing and FI-facing enablement materials.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Technical account management or similar customer-facing technical role experience.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management across multiple accounts.
  • Comfortable discussing APIs, webhooks, authentication, and integration workflows.
  • Excellent written communication for partner updates and escalation notes.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Reseller, platform, or channel partner portfolio experience.
  • Fintech or financial institution experience.
  • Familiarity with APIs, JSON, webhooks, Postman, SQL or observability tools.
