💼 About This Role

You'll drive mission value for U.S. Federal Government customers by ensuring adoption of Menlo Security's Isolation-powered Cloud Security Platform. You'll be a strategic partner to agency stakeholders, directly supporting critical cybersecurity mandates.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Serve as primary contact for key Federal accounts, engaging CISOs and Security Architects
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to demonstrate value and align on security initiatives
  • Drive product adoption and ensure compliance with federal security standards
  • Manage contract renewals and identify upsell opportunities within assigned agencies

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management supporting Federal Government/DoD/IC
  • Active Secret (or higher) security clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Strong understanding of federal cybersecurity concepts (Zero Trust, NIST, FedRAMP)

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with federal acquisition and procurement processes
  • Familiarity with SSO, Azure AD, and Cloud API integrations
