💼 About This Role
You'll drive mission value for U.S. Federal Government customers by ensuring adoption of Menlo Security's Isolation-powered Cloud Security Platform. You'll be a strategic partner to agency stakeholders, directly supporting critical cybersecurity mandates.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Serve as primary contact for key Federal accounts, engaging CISOs and Security Architects
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to demonstrate value and align on security initiatives
- Drive product adoption and ensure compliance with federal security standards
- Manage contract renewals and identify upsell opportunities within assigned agencies
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management supporting Federal Government/DoD/IC
- Active Secret (or higher) security clearance
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Strong understanding of federal cybersecurity concepts (Zero Trust, NIST, FedRAMP)

- Experience with federal acquisition and procurement processes
- Familiarity with SSO, Azure AD, and Cloud API integrations
