💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate multiple IT service delivery projects and support a Senior Project Manager in execution. You'll ensure projects run efficiently and on schedule across AMS EMEA territories.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist in coordinating multiple concurrent IT service delivery projects across regions
• Support planning, scheduling, meeting coordination, and documentation
• Maintain project plans, risk logs, and status reports
• Track and report milestones, timelines, and deliverables

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience as Software Project Coordinator or Scrum Master at IT/SaaS company
• Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Business Admin, or IT
• Exposure to full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with global teams across timezones
• Basic understanding of PKI or digital certificate management
• Familiarity with Agile, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Microsoft Project
