You'll design and scale CNC machining processes for Raptor engine combustion chambers and nozzles, enabling high-volume production of Starship propulsion hardware. You'll bridge propulsion engineering, CAM programming, and data-driven manufacturing to improve precision and throughput.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and improve CNC processes for Raptor chambers and nozzles
• Optimize CNC programs and tool paths using advanced CAM software
• Implement closed-loop process control with real-time monitoring
• Integrate in-process metrology for adaptive machining

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 1+ years of CNC machining and programming experience for metallic components
• Hands-on experience with multi-axis CNC operations

✨ Nice to Have

• Programming skills in Python and CAM software proficiency
• Experience with 5-axis CNC machining of high-performance alloys
• Knowledge of statistical process control and GD&T
