Description

In this role, you will guide the evolution of enterprise Teamcenter solutions that power product development and manufacturing workflows, helping to streamline collaboration, sharpen data quality, and bring next-generation semiconductor technology to life faster and more reliably. You will work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to translate business needs into scalable PLM solutions and lead complex multi-team technology initiatives.

Requirements

• BS + 8 years, MS + 4 years, or PhD with relevant experience in Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering fields
• Extensive experience implementing Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions including configuration, upgrades, and solution design
• Experience leading at least one full Teamcenter implementation in a complex engineering or manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with Teamcenter modules, BMIDE, ITK, and AWC development
• Experience integrating PLM with enterprise applications such as Oracle and Agile

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into scalable PLM and Teamcenter solutions
• Lead complex multi-team technology initiatives to improve efficiency and engineering experience
• Maintain, optimize, and evolve Teamcenter configurations, processes, integrations, and tools
• Partner with cross-functional users to enhance product development and manufacturing workflows
• Deliver training and workshops to promote PLM best practices and adoption
