You'll connect customer needs with Yalo's AI-powered conversational sales platform, leading technical discovery and delivering tailored demos. Your core impact is bringing technical clarity and solution confidence to complex sales opportunities. You'll act as a key bridge between customers and internal teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead technical and business discovery sessions with prospects.
- Translate customer requirements into solution recommendations.
- Deliver tailored demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts.
- Partner with Account Executives to advance strategic opportunities.
๐ Requirements
- Experience in a Sales Engineer or similar customer-facing technical role.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
- Familiarity with SaaS environments and solution design.
- Ability to deliver demos and proof-of-concepts in customer settings.
โจ Nice to Have
- Knowledge of conversational AI or intelligent agents.
- Spanish or Portuguese language skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles.
