💼 About This Role

You'll serve as both a highly technical expert and a skilled relationship builder, helping customers leverage Elation's Developer platform and AI-powered capabilities to improve clinical efficiency. You'll own technical integrations, lead customer pilots, and act as a conduit between customers and internal teams. This role stands out for its focus on AI and automation in healthcare, working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to deliver data-driven solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide peer-to-peer mentorship on Developer platform and AI capabilities
• Own and maintain technical workflow diagrams as reference architectures
• Develop best practices, templates, and sample implementations for self-service
• Create complex queries, reports, and data pipelines using analytics tooling
• Lead customer pilots and proof-of-concept implementations leveraging AI

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years relevant professional experience supporting software platform growth
• Previous software development experience with Python, Java, C# or similar
• Experience building with RESTful APIs
• Experience with SQL queries including JOINs and subqueries

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with modern AI-assisted development tools like Claude or GitHub Copilot
• Knowledge of or strong interest in the US healthcare industry
