Description

You will perform conveyor belt vulcanization and mechanical splices, inspect and repair pulleys and bearings, diagnose tracking issues, and install belt scales and containment systems. This role involves primarily field work with shop duties when not traveling.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with conveyor systems and components
• Experience with vulcanization and conveyor belt splicing techniques
• Previous field service experience in aggregate or mining settings
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments

Responsibilities

• Perform conveyor belt vulcanization and mechanical splices
• Inspect, repair, and replace head/tail pulleys, shafts, and bearings
• Diagnose and resolve belt tracking issues
• Install, calibrate, and repair belt scales
• Install and adjust skirt board rubber and containment systems
