Description

You will work with interdisciplinary teams to solve complex client challenges in workforce transformation, designing and implementing future-proof strategies for people transfers in restructuring, outsourcing, carve-outs, or post-merger integrations. You'll own project management for executive-level clients, lead teams, and drive AI-powered ways of working using GenAI tools.

Requirements

• Completed university degree with several years of relevant experience and budget responsibility in consulting or international companies
• Strong understanding of workforce transition, HR processes, or talent management
• Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams with strong communication skills
• High IT affinity and ability to apply and explain AI solutions, including data ethics and trust-by-design
• Very good German and English skills, with flexibility and willingness to travel

• Conceive and implement people transfers in restructuring, outsourcing, carve-outs, or post-merger integrations
• Optimize staffing, retain key talent, and support internal career transitions
• Develop strategies for harmonizing processes and governance after M&A transactions
• Manage projects for executive-level clients and lead interdisciplinary teams
• Drive innovation and agile transformation projects using GenAI tools like Copilot and custom GPTs
